Two buyers now,
- DOWNGRADERS , aka those current stay in Condo or even landed house sold it and downgrade to HDB , these people are those offer 1 million for an HDB flat if they Like that unit.

- Real Rich, as I have mention these people got spare money OR even got earn money during past two years till now despite Covi19 crises. Do note Not every industries got hit during Covi19, Some in fact their profits triples.

Thus they are looking any sellers in desperate to sell at low price, these people will go these " bargains "

You cannot think this way, what happen in USA is what SG will be facing in " future " .

You go reflect, flip back what things happen in USA back in 90s , later 2000 or so you see what happen in SG.

Not bad. We lag US by 10 to 15years…
We are only copying US.

Dont be surprised, one day they will call for return of manufacturing.

Only manufacturing sector creates real growth.

SG is more reliant on China than USA.

If China goes down, then higher chance SG will go down.

True, even if in Sg none of our biz if you are not vested.

To debunk deeper  ,why bother  when eventually one cannot bring along the property after all the arduous chase .

Sad indeed.

US and Sg have different population demographics, different land size, etc. We may encounter similar issues but our solution will be very different from US. Thus it's not very correct to compare US and Sg.
