if u go to their kitchen u will be shocked to see how they prepare the food especially the cut fruits

This is why I always feel " funny " when people see street hawker foods claim so dirty blah blah

but come restaurant , hotel never partly you DON'T EVEN SEE how they cook behind etc.

No doubt I do know some hotel got " open concept while they prepare the Buffet . You can literally see them cook and prepare the foods.

yea, those open concept shown in buffet area " just like preparing those cooked foods , or doing some light cutting, cooking " those foods are all pre prepare back end inside behind the kitchen which you will not see how they prepare. Doing the real cooking like fry it , marinate etc stuffs like that than once cooked will bring to the open concept re cook etc cut , prepare for display , stock up "

what I mean here are " some people got this mindset , ONLY SEE AND JUDGE , things aren't always what they seem. "
