Thier Govt and Foreign Companies there will wait 4 or 12 mths

to hire their own locals ( own Hong Kongers)

Mab that is why their job scams are also 10 times lesser

I did a search in HK and they do not even have any JobsBank nor Careers Future portal

Yet, their Govt can do so much better

in terms of clamping down on job scams

This huge number has not awaken the Govt then nothing will. Frankly, this is not acceptable for a small country like ours and the Govt must be stop job advertisements from indirect sources ie gum treee or facebook. Do they need 1 year to get their hands working?

Some of us had received messages from "recruiters" claiming to be hiring on behalf of companies such as Lazada, Shopee, YouTube and TikTok. One even claimed to be offering part-time employment at our own company, Mediacorp.

People I know has never once said they like working in the toxic Stat Board or local work environment. It’s just a bunch of back scratches where the Govt had to resort to self- awards annual ceremony to claim their throne. Thus, creating jobs in her own circle will be make us distraught with grief.
