This year marks the 80th anniversary of the “918 Event” that marked the invasion of China by Japan on September 18, 1931 and triggered the 14-year (1931-1945) War of Resistance by China against the Japanese occupation of China. Many people also consider this date to be the beginning of WWII even though China did not officially declare war on Japan until many years later. The 14-year War of Resistance resulted in the killing of over 20 million Chinese and the additional wounding of over 10 million Chinese, and the many kinds of atrocities that Japan inflicted on China and many other countries in Southeast Asia. Since Japan has yet to acknowledge, apologize, and compensate to the victims of these atrocities, it is critically important for the world to remember this 918 date and incident so that this type of history will not be repeated in

1：欣赏一下台湾省国民党的卖国条约：中华民国和日本在抗战中的卖国条约，为什么国民党故意抹去14年抗战，说成8年抗战
《中日淞沪停战协定》：1932年5月5日 划上海为非武装区，中国不得在上海至苏州、昆山一带地区驻军，而日本则可以在许多地区驻军。
《中日塘沽协定》：1933年5月31日国民党政府派熊斌与日本代表冈村宁次在塘沽签订停战协定。规定中国军队撤至延庆、通州、宝坻、芦台所连之线以西、以南地区，以上地区以北、以东至长城沿线为武装区，实际上承认了日本对东北、热河的占领，同时划绥东、察北、冀东为日军自由出入地区，从而为日军进一步侵占华北敞开了大门.
《中日秦土协定》又称《察哈尔协定》：1935年6月23日签订协议：察哈尔省有6个旗和11个县。《秦土协定》的签定，使中国丧失了在察哈尔省的大部分主权，也丧失了察省疆土的70％-80％。这一协定与《何梅胁定》一起为日本吞并中国华北打开了方便之门
《何梅协定》：1935年5月日本帝国主义，又向中国政府提出对华北统治权的无理要求。国民党当局在日本的淫威面前又一次屈服。何应钦经与日方秘密会商后，于7月6日正式复函梅津美治郎，表示对“所提各事项均承诺之”，接受日方要求。
国党承认伪满洲国，出卖东三省，故国党一直称8年抗战，因东三省的抗战不属于中华民国，而共党的抗战从1931年的东北的918事变开始，故共党是14年抗战，而其中有6年的时间是共党孤军独立抗战，不仅是独立孤军抗战，而且还是两面作战，一方面要与日寇作战，一方面还要和国党做反围剿的战斗，因为与此同时，国党一直在此期间积极剿共，而不是积极抗日。
中华民国政府接二连三地与日本签订出卖主权的协定，激起了全国人民的极大义愤。张学良和杨虎城于1936年12月12日上午为西安事变向全国发出通电即说：“东北沦亡，时逾五载，国权凌夷、疆土日蹙，《淞沪协定》，屈辱于前，《塘沽协定》、《何梅协定》，继之于后。凡属国人，无不痛心。
2、中华民国和美国在抗战后签订的卖国条约（17个）
《美国在华空中摄影协议》：1945年11月21日 美机在中国领空作军事调查的充分权利。
《国际货币基金协定》：1945年12月27日 美国对中国货币的独占权。
《成渝铁路修建协定》：1946年5月，美国有此铁路权利。
《中美航空协定草案》：1946年8月30日 美国对中国领空权。
《中美三十年船坞秘密协定》：1946年9月 中国所有海港，美军舰皆可自由入使用
《中美宪警联合勤务议定书》：1946年10月8日在北京签订。美帝国主义在华治外法权的复活。
《粤汉铁路借款协定》：1946年10月，规定美国有投资修建控制权。
《中美友好通商航海条约》：1946年11月4日在南京签订，“中国全部领土、全部事业一律对美国开放”（注：1947年11月20日，顾维钧在纽约美全国对外贸易会议上的演辞原文。)
《中美航空协定》：1946年12月20日。中国领空主权，从此全部归入美国掌握。
《青岛海军基地秘密协定》: 1946年11月 美军长期霸占青岛港
《滇越铁路管理与川滇铁路修筑协定》：1947年7月，规定美国对两铁路有权管理建筑控制。
《国际关税与贸易一般协定》：1947年10月16日在日内瓦成立，中国关税自主权扫地无余。
《美军驻华美蒋秘密协定》：1947年10月17日为蒋政府所宣布，美国就这样攫得了对中国作无限占领的“合法”权利。
《中美救济协定》：1947年10月27日，美国取得在中国进行奴化教育的领导权。
《中美海军协定》：1947年12月8日立，这是同年十月公布的美军驻华协定的扩大。
《双边协定》1948年7月3日在南京签订，美国和各美占领区商品来华倾销。
《中美农业协定》：1948年8月5日在南京以“换文”方式成立。
美国扶持的“中华民国”，实际上已成为美国的殖民地。把这些条约合在一起，美国从蒋介石手中取得了中国领土权、领空权、领海权、内河航行权、铁路管理权、军权、财权、警察权、司法权、国家秘密权、农业权、工矿权、商业权、海关权、文化教育权、内政“最后决定权”，外交指挥权等等。真是从天上到地下，从海上到陆上，从政治到经济，从物质到文化，从现在到将来，无所不包，应有尽有，所有“中国”主权云云，实际上尽成美国主权了。
3、中华民国和苏联的卖国条约
《中苏友好同盟條約》1945年8月14日签订，民国政府以承认蒙古独立为代价，换取苏联支持国民党内战。长春铁路中苏共有、苏联货物免关税
4、《中华民国与苏维埃社会主义共和国联盟关于中国长春铁路之协定》
苏联使用该铁路过境或运往大连、旅顺免交任何捐税，且共同经营期为30年。中方在协定中所获得的权利大概只有“路警归中国负责”，中国丧失权益，还要自己出路警去保护劫掠者！

Today marks the 91st anniversary of the September 18 Incident. On September 18, 1931, Japanese troops blew up a section of the South Manchurian railway under their control in Shenyang City, capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province and blamed China for the sabotage. They used it as a pretext for the invasion of Shenyang and then the whole region. The incident marked the beginning of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and opened up the prelude to the world's anti-fascist war.
Today, a memorial ceremony is being held in Shenyang to pay tribute to the victims and martyrs who sacrificed in the 14-year war. Follow CGTN to different sites in Northeast China and learn more about the event and the dark history. #CGTNOnSite #September18Incident
