China one most clean. Because they dont use toilet.

But then..to be honest speaking...one go Chinatown u know how dirty the toilet there are...1 minute if u go inside u will need ambulance 995..

Korea has one unique feature. Most of their toilets are clean. Maybe it is because their air is dry.

Japan has certain spray for the toilet.
