PhD from top universities will get pay very well but many got PhD from average institution can’t get the same pay. In Australia while 90% have no degrees, experience is more important, MBAs snd PhDs are not well respected. Receptionist can become a director and bank teller can become ANZ Bank’s CEO, no need bachelors degree, MBA or PhD what.

usually data science job title requires Phd or master degree when dealing with mathematical algorithms.
only these kind of data science jobs will pay well.

only now then the abstract is made available online, but the original thesis and supervisor's name are still missing. and a "personal" digital copy was submitted to lse woman's library in 2019, that's 36 yrs after graduation

In universities and Polytechnics, newly graduated PhD holders will work under non PhD seniors. But the PhD graduates will normally ascend to HOD (Head of Department) position very quickly..........
