Basically pap need to learn the lesson. Pointing finger at the citizen is not the way to run the country. When the problem is the in capability to substantiate it business. As a responsible citizen we need to teach them a good lesson by voting out.

Their Business Idea is raise water price by additional 30% 

And give temporary subsidy of 10% to those 1 million

They still make $350  Million per year

( assuming base on $234Million profit 2017 with multiplier effect and larger population now)
