Definitely much better than US. But also better than Singapore based on price and efficiency.
Singapore is quite good but the time she spent in the Chinese hospital is quite short. Less than an hour from registration to getting the medicine. In Singapore hospitals, the time spent at the pharmacy is quite long.

Becuz Spore govt care for their ppl a lot. Elderly ask them check this check that and once found issue eat medicine lor. No wonder Spore health spending is shooting up the roof!

No, the registration and consultation (including waiting for it) is quite fast in Singapore (assuming the same skin issue as the lady in the video). It is the time spent waiting for the medicine that is long.
