BANGKOK - Thailand's delisting of cannabis and hemp plants from the narcotics list has resulted in warnings from other countries, cautioning travellers against the possession or use of cannabis which is still illegal in many parts of the world.

Thai embassies in places like Indonesia, South Korea and Japan have also advised Thais against carrying cannabis or related products into those countries, as they can face jail time, heavy fines or even the death penalty if caught.

Yeah, "aids health" in very specific circumstances (as anesthetic and for procedures involving the upper respiratory tract). A negative when used recreationally so must be controlled.

Yes. But in certain countries, the amount is not controlled. I think in Thailand, it is controlled but not sure to what extent. Or just say cannot use too much but you use I also dunno and close eye type of controlled.

I will buy those marijuana  gummies  if they are not illegal. They have been proven to be good for health.

I don't understand what they are worried about.

US already have super stores.

Yeah, Thailand legalised in June this year. Personally, I doubt Malaysia will follow in the short term.

For the news on the legalisation by Thailand, I posted it earlier here: https://sgtalk.net/Thread-Thailand-legal...t=thailand

Not really good for health in a general way. Like [[ForeverAlone]] puts it, it is good for certain operations and ailments. It is just like medicine to be administered in a controlled manner.

It is not like say, chicken's essence which does not need a prescription.

Like that Thailand will become a major plantation and exporter of marijuana soon. Many Singaporeans visit Thailand and will be able to smoke freely there. Ah Butt can go there for his health improvement..... Rolleyes

There is a chance of people becoming addicted to cannabis. It should not be easily purchased but prescribed by doctors.

No no. Its additive.  If someone spike your food with that, unknowingly you drive, can see the consequences.
When one is high on drugs, he may see a pool as a green pasture.
Never never on drugs. Unless medical.
