HDB flat shd sell back to HDB,
Shd stop allowing selling at the open market.
It is getting very unaffordable and ridiculous pricing.
Current Team really did a bad job on controlling public housing price. This is an evil cycle. Once the music stop playing, property price will collapse instantly.
