Singapore healthcare is not like some developed countries where it is 100% coverage.

Worse, ours have threshold where once the quantum is reached, mist pay using cash.

MOH has set limits for:

Hospital
Surgery
Outpatient
Chronic Disease
Health screenings
Vaccinations
Pregnancy
ETC

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

that is not a fair statement. the rich pay a lot of premium for the full coverage of class A.  it is the misuse by some that cause the problem.
so 5% co pay is fair to stop misuse,  but insurance company take advantage of that.  but premium like not adjust much?

System looks good on the outside. U pay a little endlessly like the visits never end.
Someone must look into the matter.
As for climate change the present plandemic will go down follow by climate change
to keep the present continuing for a little longer
