Time passed quickly and baby (AA) is now 7 yrs old and registered into an English language school in Kuala Lumpur.  The three older siblings were also studying in English language schools.

Mdm Liew was living on her own as her husband passed on when baby (AA) was sent to her care. Mdm Liew worked as coffeeshop assistant at nearby coffee shop.

AA received a bun and oatmeal drink in school. This was given to poor children then. He had this for six years in Elementary school.

At year end school holidays (2 months), Mdm Liew would send AA to Singapore to stay with Mdm Liew's sister's (Lucy) family. Lucy have a son (Billy) around AA's age and is Billy's friend.

AA is observant and knows he is from poor family. His house in Kuala Lumpur is sparsely furnished and no TV. There is a TV in Lucy's house and AA enjoys watching shows in it. Everytime he returned to Kuala Lumpur, Billy will passed him some clothes which AA loved much.
