5 people helped police arrest chopper-wielding man on Commonwealth Avenue; no sign it was an act of terror

The man was not known to the seven people he allegedly attacked with a knife, a chopper and his bare hands.

Since the chopper-wielding man attacked strangers, his actions were probably fuelled by alcohol or drugs, or he may be of unsound mind.  It is important for us to be aware of our surroundings when out and about as there seems to be an increase in such violent incidents.  Never be too engrossed in our mobile phones or be too deep in conversation with others to not notice deranged individuals in our midst.

There were past cases of men wielding a Samurai sword and machetes under the influence of drugs. They are even more dangerous than violent armed men!

The mentally unsound often believe they are "invisible".  No wonder the psychiatrists can't "see" them.
