Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

Almost all the misinformation quoted can be found on the web from various parties and organizations including WHO. Many so-called experts are picking up this knowledge and learning how to deal with Covid and spread the knowledge to the rest of the community.
Don't think anyone in Singapore or not even the WHO's experts or the World expert have good knowledge about Covid even today. At one stage, nobody in this World even know if we could mix 2 different brands of vaccines.
We are all learning how to deal with Covid the hard way. Learning through step by step. If we look back years later at what we have said and done today, we may laugh at ourselves how stupid we were using these hard ways.

If HK, Thailand, Macau . . .all can do it without having full knowledge in Jan, Feb, March 2020 . . .why not over- paid PAP Ministers??
