This is good for Hongkies. Soon, everybody will have a decent home and no longer living like caged animals in literal cages and whole families squeezed in a cubicle.

Singapore government had the foresight to combine the free market in real estate with socialist HDB flat programme… otherwise most Singaporeans will be living like this:

Actually, it is hongkies own fault lah.
Dong as Chief executive agreed to build 85 thousand flats annually during the end of 90s. But due to AFC 98, the honkies stopped this housing policy.
