Decision to attend should be based on how many supporters China got in that dialogue. If they dun have a reasonable amount of supporters, better dun attend because US and its allies will tear them up and gloat at them like our WP kena attacked all the time. No amount of facts and truth will convince the attendees. Nowadays all these dialogues, forums, conferences, etc. are just hogwash basing on who got a louder voice and not reasons......
