The word "grabbing" is like Japan's capital properties are on leh-long leh-long.
At least no one is complaining they are "invading" Japan and smart enuf to avoid properties near Fukushima.

The Chinese is doing the right thing to buying up their property.

These US$3 million and above properties in Tokyo and Osaka are all sold to Chinese buyers
