some problem cannot be solved by more people. need to have good local people who think long term.
is system trained to be able to track the flow. not those india indian who just parrot change control etc.

No wonder...DBS agenda..to hire more Ceca...but must have good reason..thus they purposely regularly make their system down...now got good reason.. well done DBS..
