Wow 2rm for 300K.

Make me feel rich.

I, being poor, have only my dreams; I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

Brick

High will go higher
Next yearĀ GST kick in price will be going northward.
CoolingĀ measureĀ  cool the propertyĀ Ā market, esp HDB and condominium resale?
See the increasing price trend you know the answer. Price increasing for 29 months is too long ..
Welcome to be a property agent better than a grab driver, right?
Less driving risk and stress.
Many HDB flatĀ sellers and property agentsĀ Ā wish to see property market especially HDB and condominium resale market getting hot , hotter...
More subsidies might push the resale price higher.
What action can MDB do? There is a will, there is a way.

More rental flats to help the poor
instead of subsidy and HDB running a deficit of about xx k per unitĀ  Those buyers whoĀ  can afford to buy a unit should not given subsidy. Buy at cost price. If they can afford to buy condominium which has no govt subsidy, the same can apply to HDB flat. Will it affect condominium market?
Income of the poor will change after skill upgradingĀ  and might be able to own one.
Stand to be corrected.
