if u doi best is to see psychiatirc dont wait,,, because these may give rise to depression which will be the worse case.

and depression will lead one to think of suicide, fatal revenge and so on...

go see, it work for me. i hv got OCD... anxiety and panic attk. very jiat lat intiately.
stay IMH and NUH for 6 mths..

why i post such a theme. cause my neighbour daughter gone bonker earlier, iwent to help..

Do you feel stress if things never place properly? I feel stress will use ruler to measure make sure is perfectly place.

I feel stressed when I got no monies. But once monies come into bank account I am miraculously healed. Is this some illness also?

this problem is common in western cities where living cost is very high.
whatever money problems you face in singapore have already happened in expensive western cities for more than 50 years.
the western countries solved this problem by providing job security and unemployement benefits.

as PAP votes keep dropping, PAP will have to provide the same job support like the expensive western cities.
PAP will do more U turn when their votes keep dropping.

it is the responsibility of any responsible govt to provide job security to citizens when foreign job seekers are rampant in the country.
it is just how much job support is enough for the unemployed and retrenched.

this job support is not new, it has been in western countries for more than 50 years.
this job support is tied to the vote support for the western govt.

the Lazada retrenchment problem had happened in western countries 50 years ago.
they solved it 50 years ago.
Singapore is starting to experience it now.

why PAP provided temp money and temp jobs to unemployed (SIA staff) ?

why after covid, no more temp money and temp jobs for the unemployed ?
any difference between the unemployed in covid and the unemployed after covid ?
why PAP helped unemployed in covid but refuses to help the unemployed after covid ?

because PAP votes will drop to 51% if PAP refused to help unemployed during covid.

after training and job attachment, the unemployed can start to look for jobs industry which is shortage of manpower.

I believe if you get promoted to cleaning or security guard supervisor level a diploma maybe needed as need know English prepare roster duty, liaise with customer. So there are career advancement if you hold a diploma or even degree
