Didn’t go, I found the food in restaurants near there are very expensive…a dish could cost $35-45…it was not like that before Covid

I visited Beitou in 2019, it was nice…I visited Tamsui and  ate seafood, very nice and cheap

Arhhh Beitou Hot Spring… did you go into the communal hot springs too?  I did.  Mix with those old unkers and aunties.  Also got chiobu. Tamsui Wharf also nice and deserted when I went.

When I visited Beitou it was summer, very hot so I didn’t try the hot spring however previously I booked a hot spring hotel near there and there is hot spring with 3 different temperatures inside your hotel room, you can also go to the big pool in the public place. Last time I visited the hot spring in Wulai to the south of Taipei, that was nice.

They had built a light rail from Hongshulin MRT station to Tamsui wharf…very convenient and there are many trendy condos and malls built along the way.

This night market is walking distance to my Taipei’s apartment, just across the street on Bade road, section 4.
