Germany: We will not deliver any weapons to Ukraine
#1

Despite the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Economics Minister Robert Habeck has declared that Germany will continue to refrain from supplying weapons to the war zone. Finance Minister Christian Lindner says Russia's President Putin has exposed himself as a "liar".

Even after the Russian invasion, the German government refuses to supply arms to Ukraine. Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck (Greens) said in Berlin on Thursday that "we will not deliver any weapons to Ukraine". However, he announced a "severe package of sanctions" by the European Union and the United States that would decouple the Russian economy from industrial activity, which would attack and freeze assets and financial assets and significantly limit access to European and American markets. He expressed the hope that this would make peace and diplomacy possible again.

"The energy supply in Germany is secured," said Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck in a statement. After the escalation of the Ukraine crisis, however, the planned severe sanctions will also be felt in Germany.

Of course nobody will sell weapons to Ukraine now because in the next few days or weeks it will be flying the Russian flag or a regime change will take place. By then who is going to settle the payment for the weapons unless the sale is paid by cash in advance....... Rolleyes

Only German PM and French President are the most sensible leaders in EU.
