If one wanna improve public service is to " Sack people " for the mistake they keep repeating doing despite been given warning.
Our Public sector is TOO " RELAX " in the sense. So far come work matters if you cannot perform they just condem you but some don't mind because Yearly mid and year bonus still can take, job still there. This is why Most civil servants take for granted. And this is why you tend to see so many Old staffs inside don't know doing what daily. The EPIC part is newbie just join in " Good luck " you will been arrow and Old staffs even get more Relax.
