A man was taken to hospital after an electrical riser caught fire at an HDB block in Jalan Kayu.
The incident caused a power disruption. Full restoration of electricity to all units is expected by 9pm.

If I remember correctly, this is the second time an electrical riser was only fire. Recently there was another case though I cannot remember where!
