if BnW GCB in Ridout are so much below market rate ( ie 60K pm for a 15,000sq feet GCB vs 26.5K pm for a 300,000 sq feet BnW) then OBVIOUSLY SLA is not doing a good job. Who is the head of SLA?
And being the HEAD of SLA , why is he exploiting the cheap rental at the expense of our national reserves instead of DOING SOMETHING TO IMPROVE THE BnW RENT?
