'Really painful': New owners of Dairy Farm Residences shocked as maintenance fees more than double what they were initially told

Property developer United Engineers Limited (UEL) said that the sharp spike in fees is “mainly due to inflationary increases in security, cleaning and other related costs”, and that they have been working with the authorities to lower the approved maintenance charges.

$1 is for weekday. $1.30 is for weekend. For senior even cheaper. But if you retire and live nearby swimming pool can buy swim pass $10 unlimited visits. Go there swim and then bathe so go home no need bathe.

For a small unit, 300 to 500 is ok. 700+ quite high:

Car park 80
Pool+whirl pool+ suana 80
Gym 30
Security 30
Rubbish collection 30
Cleaning 30
Lift, light, etc 30
Landscaping 10
Sinking funds 50
