chinese need to work with friendly people. not work against the whole country. divide and conquer is better then brute force. so is the same with working with us peacefully. there will be people who don't care, people who are along, people who are against china. so far people against china has controlled and move the whole usa against china. work with the friendly one, win the neutral one to have a peaceful world. fight those against who is a much smaller number then facing a whole country.
world peace. good for everyone.

Just like Pueto Rico wants to be part of US....because of economic benefits.
The reason Taiwanese resist unifying with China is they see the negative side and many mainland Chinese bad mouthing Taiwan and threatening Taiwanese rather than listen to their concerns means they will be ill treated once they join back China. Taiwan should strengthen its defense so they can have some control over their future

More than 70% Taiwan’s e port goes to China, that is why Taiwan made big noise when China suspending imports of pineapple and fruits from Taiwan. Many people dunt know China waives Taiwan goods from import tax and also gives incentives to Taiwanese exporters….Taiwanese companies have made millions in the past 4 decades already.
