There have been no attacks on U.S. military facilities in Iraq or Syria since February 4th.

"Without Ghaani's intervention, it would have been impossible to force Kataib Hezbollah to halt its military operations," a senior official from one organization told Reuters. 

However, a senior member of Kataib Hezbollah was killed in a US military attack on February 7, so it is unclear how long the group will refrain from restraining itself.
