According to HSA, the number of patients in China's studies on Covid19 not large enough? During Wuhan eruption in Jan to Apr 2020, China already had at least 133 clinical studies as used in hospitals in China. Some sample size was 20,000 patients. Is this not large enough?

I don't spread news, just furnish a scientific report done on Covid for reading.
