Hawkers are the greatest Assholes of singapore..cut corners on my food everytime..buy 2 packets of wantan mee must cheat on one packet by giving less noodles..many other Cheebye pattern...so much so I no longer buy from any of them.. I like the stall food i will return tray. But most of time i never return because the food is not worth the price.

From today, if caught not returning the tray and its crockeries, you may be slapped with a fine of $300.  We don't have a choice but to adhere to govt. laws......

Cleaning contractors are used in the manpower of clearing and cleaning the tables.  Now that these trays and its crockeries are mandatory for bringing them to tray stations, therefore the cleaning contractors don't need to employ so many cleaners so the contract with the cleaning contractors will be cheaper, thence the savings should be redirected to the food vendors...and the food vendors will also reduce their prices.....

Cleaners push cart to collect, clear leftover, sort and clean table. This is most efficient. Can dismantle all the tray return racks and save space for people to walk.
