Once leak from outside the unit is as good as gone case. Even if fixed already, every few years the leak will come back after attrition by wind and rain. You better keep the leak a secret and quickly sell away after they fixed it temporary. ....

lol this is why " if " I want to buy BTO flat or Condo WILL NOT BUY 2nd , resale unit. Who knows the previous owners last min patch a lot of leaks etc once sold that is your problems and good luck....
I will not sell , is an old HDB flat with reminding lease years left is like just nice I RIP. Next buy new BTO flat will be expensive also Locations wise also not good. Unlike my current location, central areas.

Well at least call me right? Since resident file feedback. I not fussy wanna see take how long they reply me than I will say them take one week or so just reply back to me?

Agreed. I still prefer buying a new property instead of a resale unit, like my current place if given more choices and without considering other factors.
I was already aware of water seepage issue before I signed on the dotted line as I was told that fixing the issue was not my responsibility and I didn’t have to pay for it…. Thankfully rooftop waterproofing was done shortly after I moved in.
To be honest, I don't really like my current place. It was not my first choice lo...And I don't like staying in old unit
