last time ding dong around between HDB and Town Council after one month than finally repair.


Now leak again , so I reported on Sunday send an email. Monday I re confirm by calling to my town council that CSO confirm received my email will tell the officer in charge.

now already thurs never received any email from them or even call me.

is Not HDB problem, this leak is not the first time. Is from Outside so is Town Council matter. Got fixed before that is few years back.

I not say urgent the leak is when come raining. If happen rain for day surely the water will leak into my house from outside.
I give them one more week. If still haven't reply , I will call them shoot them " two weeks gone I don't received any reply ??? "

Last time, my neighbour at lower floor told me his house found water seeping through the ceiling. I told him to call hdb to settle. We agreed on 50/50 payment.

To cut the whole incident short,
the water seeping problem was eventually rectified by me. I shook head on them.

Once leak from outside the unit is as good as gone case. Even if fixed already, every few years the leak will come back after attrition by wind and rain. You better keep the leak a secret and quickly sell away after they fixed it temporary. ....

Can you post that letter you sent to your TC regarding the leak then we can assess whether others can understand your EPIC England. ....

I was already aware of water seepage issue before I signed on the dotted line as I was told that fixing the issue was not my responsibility and I didn’t have to pay for it…. Thankfully rooftop waterproofing was done shortly after I moved in.

To be honest, I don't really like my current place. It was not my first choice lo...And I don't like staying in old unit
