Cannot afford then dun reno loh..

1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps
3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..

Keep renovation simple. 
No need those false ceiling or spot lights. 
Basic necessity. 
No money, don't loan. Spend within one's mean.

Less than $50k good Contractors won’t want to take your job.

You are left with those self employed, one man show “interior designers”.

To add to your financial woe, if you signed off for $50k, you’ll end up paying 10-15% more due to variations.

It’s all about money today.

disappear suddenly half way next year
