MFA fires diplomat Christopher Sim over lewd conduct conviction in Tokyo 

Christopher Sim Siong Chye, a former Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) diplomat, was dismissed on 2 April following a conviction in Japan for filming a naked boy in a public bath. Sim had not informed MFA about the incident until questioned months later.
