Importantly, MOH and Changi Airport authority should give every arriving passenger a "mosquito net" upon arrival to be carried with them..

Onboard SIA inflight Video teaches passengers how to wear a mosquito net correctly both, in-door and when shopping outside ..

How to wear it during their stay in Singapore.
