MOM: 120 reports of training employment pass abuse filed in 2025 

Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower has received 120 reports of alleged abuse of the Training Employment Pass (TEP) in 2025. The pass, intended for short-term professional training, has reportedly been exploited by employers and agents to bring in foreign workers for low-wage jobs.
