No rules have been set to prevent shops / companies anyhow increasing prices. Although authorities can’t control the price hike, at least they shall set guidelines such as the maximum percentage for the hike and monitor & investigate unreasonable price hikes.

Instead of thinking about how to tax the people more, which is an easy way out, they should start thinking about how to cut fats.
First, do away with the mayors. Second, reduce the defence budget. Third, reduce pay of management of civil/public service. Fourth, reduce unnecessary overseas travel by public servants.

Bloody hell, just received notification that the property tax will be increased by about 34 per cent. Knn, everything already increased in price, bloody ah gong want to tax us more. Knn knnccb.
