HIGH RENTAL

Smile

not just locals been squeeze
also FOREIGNER INVESTORS.

Why foreigner investors need to set up big office here in SG?

- either reduce the size of the office become just a small office with just less than 10 staffs oversee their Asia/South east Asia market.

OR

- move up Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand as their rental rates still consider At least cheaper than in SG no doubt property price at there also slowly keep increasing.

REMEMBER , Investors move funds to places which offer cheaper rates, rent thus can earn profits.

All of them previously setting up regional HQ in Singapore solely for Tax Avoidance and enjoying very low corporate tax as low as 2% BUT not anymore.

Its illegal and has become a crime
