Singapore can donate 1 or 2 F-16 to Ukraine to encourage other countries to donate also.
Singapore can punch above its weight to lead the world against Russia.

Russia is fighting against Justice League of countries like Singapore with powerful F-16 jets.
Singapore also has powerful German submarines to donate.
it is wise for Russia to surrender and withdraw now before it is late for Russia to flee without underwear.
As Ukraine has praised Singapore as a brave tiger, Singapore needs to lead by example to be the Dragon of Asia !
