What's wrong with calling people who lie in HDB flats "lessee"?

You do own a lease for 99 years.

You are both an owner and a lessee, depending on how you want to see it.

And you do have a right to sell the ownership of that lease to someone else.

When you rent, you are called a tenant.  When you lease...for 99 years...you are a lessee.  

I suggest that those idiotic lessees who don't understand this pay a lawyer some money to explain it to them lor.
