Pritam Singh: WP’s strong slate made it logical to contest Tampines after walking ground since GE2020 

On 24 April, addressing media questions on WP’s decision to contest Tampines GRC, WP chief Pritam Singh said the party had been walking the ground there since before GE2020. Although it lacked a suitable team then, Singh said WP now has a strong slate, making it “only natural—or logical” to enter the ward.
