The current UN Chief is not an impartial person. He is a former Prime Minister of Portugal which is a NATO member.

What is interesting  is his effort is like 100% on  getting "more evacuations" from Mariupol which is completely surrounded or under Russian control.

To me, he is working for NATO under the guise of UN.






Guterres is the Secretary-General of the UN, but in the current situation, he is a poor choice for this because he is not fit to be a neutral mediator between Russia and Ukraine. Guterres was the head of the Portuguese government, and since Portugal is a member of NATO, Guterres has close ties to NATO. This must be taken into account when analyzing the situation in Mariupol and the role of the UN in it. Guterres is using the UN to help NATO out of a potentially very embarrassing situation.
