my bank acct,stock broking acct nr n passwords ,cr card informations on their nrs cvv nr expry dates are captures in excel files
so i need to send all these files fr my hp  to the photocopy m/c at photoshop printing at 50cts a copy as told by the staff there.
question is will the m/c still retains all the senstive  data?

They using the old method? Send to the computer then send to the photocopy machine. This kind is quite tricky you have look see with your own eye they delete your file after they print 

But nowadays you can send direct to the machine to print. 

That kind you need to see liao lo if they got set the machine to save copy of what is scan into the storage... Some will some won't depend on machine one

the photocopier machine do keep a digital image of every document that you tried to photocopy.

SO leave some digits of cr card nr
leave part of the passwords n broking acct nr to make photocopies 
after making photocopies fill in yrself on the missing characters.

Why you want to photo copy? If you need hard copy, just use your hand and write them on a note book and lock that secret book in a bank vault. ....
