Yesterday, Saturday, Russia took over the presidency of the Security Council for the month of April, which angered Kiev, which considered the move an insult to the international community because of the war it has been exposed to by Russian forces for more than a year.

"Russia can set the agenda of the Security Council... but three of the other members of the Security Council, Britain, France and the US are firmly on Ukraine's side. They all have veto power," Martin says.

The same had applied in reverse prior to Russia taking over the rotating presidency — efforts to condemn Russia's invasion would regularly falter because Moscow has veto power.

Wumao strange one.

Own country China take over presidency of security council, they don’t cheer as much.

俄爹 take over presidency of security council, celebrate like national victory, hope CCP can commemorate with public holiday.
