My main issue is we never evolve community of analysts and experts that analyse each listing critically.
With many reits just get listed and going downhill like first reits eagle and others, obviously some are dumping their assets in Singapore reits market to get cash.
With stronger experts and analysts to dig in and filter we can pick the better ones
