Based on this Philippino Family from JP Morgan, companies provide medical insurance for employees’ children.

Will this Govt be fair to also lead and provide medical coverage for parents or at least 50% reimbursements?

Logic is simple. Childcare leave take care of baby will be grow up to work for Spore economy make monies for country.

Elderly care leave take care of elders no longer economically active to help work for Spore economy.

So if you govt you choose which route got more potential to earn monies. Elderly if live too long you need to feed and provide medical care also rugi deal.

Why can't it just be Care- ER's Leave of 6 DAYS per year for Citizens

They can choose to use it for child below 12 years old

or for parents above 70 years- old
