put too litle they charge you a small $ every months..
i use to have 1 current account with posb that i no put money. but has auto transfer from saving account.
deduct many years then i found out and close it. must have lost hundreds of $.
no use better close it. just 1 or 2 account for most people ok already. 1 to put bigger sum of money. even bigger one put in fd. use 1 small small one only leave 2-3 k . link with paynow, digibank etc. so even if got hit lost is limited.

It is $500 dollar lah.
Digital banks dont have this kind of nonsense.

Put shopee maribank still can earn daily interest and have no minimum deposit.

Private banks mostly need 1k min deposit.

Some banks are quick to flag accounts as inactive, especially if there’s little to no movement. I once had a similar issue, and it turned out they just needed a simple verification. If you run a business that gets irregular payouts, looking into a high risk merchant account could help. These accounts are meant for businesses with unusual transaction patterns, so they might be more flexible with activity levels.
