Just write to say having a bio lab is not a sin.  It is what the bio lab is used for.  If it is used for producing war bio-weapon,  then it is not acceptable. 

It is very common for country to own biolab.  Siingapore has many level 3 biolabs,  both in public and private sectors.  It is going to spend SGD 90m building a level 4 biolab which is capable to produce bio-weapon.  There are reports about USA sponsoring some of the bio-research work everywhere in the World

Understand the Wuhan BioLab was built with the help of the French and USA has said to make contribution for some of the research work.  The Wuhan lab is now taken over by the military who is capable to change it to produce bio-weapon.

One would not be surprised if the bio labs in Ukraine was earlier put in by the Russians before and during the cold war;  just like the nuclear warhead which was returned back to Russia in 1996.

If there is really a bio lab in Ukraine making bio weapon,  the matter should be referred to WHO immediately rather than shouting at the sidelines
