>The appeals court decision today means that Shanmugam must now appear in the Malaysian court to fight the suit.
so if ah Sham dun go, could jiuhu issues summon? probably ah Sham has immunity while he is still a minister, once he a civilian then he would be fugitive ?

Can ban the Malaysian right group from entering Singapore under FICA.
Foreign Interference (Countermeasures) Act..
Countering Hostile Information Campaigns (HICs).
FICA empowers the Minister for Home Affairs to issue FICA directions to various entities such as social media services, relevant electronic services, internet access services, as well as persons who own or run websites, blogs or social media pages, to help the authorities investigate and counter hostile communications activity that is of Foreign Origin.
In Asean, members do not interface with each other countries internal affairs.

Get your facts right lah.
"Singapore has no business interfering with the freedom of speech of Malaysian citizens making statements within our own country," LFL had said.

An extra-territoriality clause within Pofma, which is publicly accessible online, states that a person who had spread falsehoods online "Outside Singapore" may be dealt with as if the offence had been committed in Singapore.
In the event of non-compliance, Pofma also empowers the authorities to order an internet service provider to “take reasonable steps to disable access by end-users in Singapore to the online location”, known as an access blocking order. The internet service provider can be held liable and face stiff fines if it does not follow this order.
Malaysian Lawyer for Liberty group consistently making baseless allegations against Singapore legal system.
“LFL made sensational allegations against the Singapore Prison Service, and the treatment of prisoners, and promised to put forward evidence.
“But nothing was put forward to substantiate its wild and completely untrue allegations.”
It shown this Malaysian LFL group real interest in interfering Singapore local affairs.
No government should entertain and remain helpless, when facing undesirable foreign actors fake claims, challenging her legal system and public civil service.
That is the true facts.

No need.
Singapore doesn't interfere with other countries internal affairs.
We just take care of our own legal action, against undesirable foreign actors action in Singapore's land.

No.2 Germany
No.3 Denmark

At least he apologies for making wrong statement. That is not interfering with intent.
For Pofma, it's all about correction of wrongful public statement. Then case close.
But some foreigners insisted on stomping their baseless allegations, against Singapore civil service and servants duty. That is deliberately interfering with another country governance. Not a Asean policy culture.
