should still stick to bidding of individual hawker stall instead of giving to ntuc el al. stall holders of these generally more expensive and food not nice one. just like more coffeeshop when operated that way.
civil service must be hard working if everything out source out will only drive up cook food cost.

Govt do more like increasing GST, COE which makes inflation worse. It's best that they don't do anything.
