US Office space glut...bad even before recession...

Oversupply plus work from home culture devastating to the sector.

To survive this office building managers convert to the office to labs and housing.

Currently there are 3 US office reits on SGX theh have all crashed. However due to existing leases they income will not drop abruptly. The managers need to cost efficiently convert the office space to something else that has demand.
